This past summer, interns from SFUSD high schools taught elementary school students in the Mission District as part of the Mission Education Project and were featured in ABC7 News. Learn more about the many opportunities offered by SFUSD College and Career Readiness.

The current practices of recommended masking, encouraging vaccination, and group contact tracing at schools and central offices will be continue this coming school year.

Transgender History Month

 

San Francisco celebrates August as Transgender History Month! Did you know that SFUSD was the first school district in the U.S. to pass a policy extending safeguards to our transgender students?

 

Throughout the month of August

10th - 12th Graders: Apply for the SFUSD Title IX Student Advisory Group!

 

The SFUSD Title IX Student Advisory Group (SAG) is a formal way for students to engage in collaboration with District leaders around all issues related to sexual harassment and assault. Students who participate in SAG will provide essential input and feedback that will help shape the policies and practices of the future.
